Void Ink's studio on Schwedter Straße in Prenzlauer Berg doubles as an art space, with a team covering fine line, microrealism, black and grey, colour realism, Japanese-inspired graphic work and abstract designs. Clients can arrive with only a rough idea and develop it into an individual design with their artist, and placement, size and detail are talked through before any tattooing starts. The studio works to medical hygiene standards, gives clear aftercare advice and includes a free touch-up to keep the result sharp. It describes itself as a safe space for all people, cultures and identities. Appointments can be booked online or by email, and each artist's portfolio can be viewed before choosing.
